The Very Impatient Caterpillar
Writing Activity: I've included four levels of writing to go along with the book. In Level 1 the student chooses vocabulary words that correspond with the book and glues them onto the graphic organizer.
In Level 2 the vocabulary words have already been chosen. The student traces the words that are reinforced by the pictures.
In Level 3 the student chooses vocabulary words that correspond with the story and writes them on their own.
In Level 4 the student chooses six vocabulary words about the book and writes a sentence about each one.
